Property description
THIS IS A MANAGED HOME RENTAL The open plan living and dining area is a great room for entertaining or for the whole family to be together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, laundry facilities and a breakfast bar. It leads onto a formal dining area with seating for 8 guests and this flows into the lounge. The lounge has a TV with DSTV and DVD player as well as a large L-shaped couch. The entire room enjoys sea views and has sliding doors which open onto the balcony. Outside is a pool deck with sun loungers, a great place for relaxing during the day or enjoying a cocktail in the evening. Towards the back of the house is a lovely garden, located at the foot of the mountain. All three bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning. The master suite has a King-size bed, a TV with DSTV, open plan en-suite with bath and shower and doors onto the balcony with sea views. The second bedroom has a double bed, views of the mountain and shares a family bathroom. The third bedroom has a single bed, Juliette balcony with sea views and shared a family bathroom with bedroom 2. Within a 5 minute drive are shops, restaurants and bars as well as the popular Camps Bay and Clifton beaches. The CBD is 10 minutes away and Hout Bay is a 20 minute drive.
