Property description
There are two lounges, both of which are open plan, have comfortable couches and satellite television. The lounge on the lower level is slightly larger and ideally suited if there is a group watching sport or a movie together. There are also two kitchens, each one is fully equipped and open plan. Upstairs offers comfortable dining for 6 while downstairs there is dining for 8 guests. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two of which have Queen-size beds, the third has a three-quarter bed and the fourth has bunk beds. Each of these rooms has its own en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there are three bedrooms, two of them have Queen-size beds, access to private patios and their own en-suite. The third bedroom is the master suite; it boasts a King-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, dressing room and access to a private patio. Outside on the lower level is a lovely paved courtyard with benches, a stone table and an outdoor barbecue area. The large swimming pool is a great place to cool off on sunny days, or you can simply put your feet up and enjoy the view from the sun loungers. Upstairs is a long balcony with comfortable seating. This villa may be rented as a 7 bed villa for larger groups, but it is also possible for smaller groups or families to rent only the upper or lower level. The area is peaceful, ideal for relaxing, but still close to the Camps Bay strip, beach and it isn’t far from the CBD or V&A Waterfront.
