The main living and dining area is open plan and offers a TV lounge area with comfortable couches, satellite television and a home theater system. A gas fireplace is also available for cooler evenings. This room leads into the dining room, which seats 12, and foldaway doors open out onto the patio. A second, more formal lounge is also available, with luxurious velvet couches, a gas fireplace and furnished with artefacts collected from the owner's travels. This room also has access to the pool area. The large modern kitchen has a gas and electric stove, a convection microwave, a double fridge/ freezer and spacious worktops, ideal for any aspiring chef.
