Property description
Located in the upmarket suburb of Camps Bay, the villa is only a 5 minute drive from the popular beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as the Theatre on the Bay and numerous restaurants. Inside there is an inviting TV room with satellite channels and an L-shaped couch which leads into the dining area with seating for 6. Down a few stairs is a second, more formal lounge with a gas fireplace and from the lounge you can access the patio and garden. There is also a smoker’s cigar lounge with a drinks bar and a home cinema with surround sound. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve up a feast for the whole family. Outside you will find sun loungers, a swimming pool, a manicured garden, dining for 10 guests and comfortable outdoor furniture. Each of the 8 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and benefits from the breath-taking surrounding views. Three of the bedrooms have King-size beds, two have Queen-size beds, two have twin beds and one has a double bed. Whether you’re planning a family reunion or wanting to get together with friends, this exceptional villa has plenty of space for everyone.

Be Aware Of : Heating of the pool requires 4 days so please provide atleast 4 days notice in advance prior to using the pool heated. No parties, functions, loud music or noise is permitted. Children need to be supervised at all times as there is an open pool, stairs, steep drops and balconies. A pool net can be fitted on request. For stays of 4 weeks and longer, an electricity allowance of R 4000 will be included. Electricity up and above the R 4000 will be for the guest’s account.
