Property description
Villa Maud is a stylish family home with a spacious open feel throughout. There are 4 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 adults and 2 kids. The villa has a lovely modern kitchen fitted with all the necessary equipment for family style cooking. There is a Saeco coffee coffee machine and the scullery is separate. The huge dining table allows for 10 people to sit comfortable and enjoy a meal. The open lounge has great seating areas to accommodate guests and visitors comfortably. Villa Maud has 4 bedrooms, 3 being en-suite and one being more suitable for kids as there is no dedicated bathroom. This bedroom can be made up as required. The master bedroom has a TV with DVD player and DSTV (satellite). The TV room has a large comfortable couch and a Smart TV with DSTV and Netflix. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are en-suite and open up to the pool and barbecue area to the back. The garden has a large heated pool and decked area. The latest addition is a jacuzzi which is situated under the trees. The garden leads up to a roof top area where guests can enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.
