Property description
Located in a quiet street only a short drive from the CBD, this villa assures a luxurious and private visit to the Mother City. The interior is chic and elegant, designed so that you can entertain with ease, but also relax in true comfort. Brilliant artworks adorn the walls, giving the spacious rooms a more homely feel. In the main living area is a wonderful open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the essentials and plenty of space to prepare delicious meals. Seating for 6 is available at the counter, but there is also a formal dining area which seats 10 guests comfortably. Next to the dining area is a lounge with large couches, all facing the terrace, where you are able to enjoy exquisite views of the city and Atlantic Ocean. There is also a separate TV lounge which can be closed off. On the front terrace is outdoor dining for 10 guests, a BBQ, patio lounge furniture, a heated swimming pool and sun loungers. To the rear of the building is a small outdoor area with a spa pool and an outdoor shower. All five of the bedrooms have a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Three of the rooms have direct access onto the terrace, while two of the rooms have Juliette balconies with mountain and forest views. With such incredible rooms and views, it may be difficult to leave and explore the sights of the city, but if you do, there are a number of them within close proximity. The V & A Waterfront, Table Mountain Cableway and the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are all within a short drive.
