Property description
Comfortable furnishings and colourful accents create inviting rooms which will make you feel at home. Surrounded by mountains and ocean, many of the rooms benefit from magnificent views. There are multiple living and dining areas, making the villa ideal for two families travelling together, or a group of friends. The ground floor has a kitchenette and lounge area; while on the first floor is a large lounge which opens onto the balcony and on the second floor is a kitchenette and lounge area that also opens onto the balcony. Three of the four bedrooms enjoy balcony access with sea views. The master suite has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, a dressing room and a Jacuzzi on the balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom and the third bedroom has two three-quarter beds and an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, it has a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and outdoor access onto the pool deck. Outside is a lovely garden area with a swimming pool. On the patio is a built-in BBQ as well as a gas BBQ, a Jacuzzi and two sun loungers. On the first floor balcony is dining for 10 guests and on the balcony above, is a patio lounge with a second Jacuzzi. Take a short drive to the secluded beach of Llandudno, where you can relax in the sunshine. For those who enjoy a bit more atmosphere, Camps Bay Beach is nearby and is host to a number of restaurants and boutiques found along the strip.

Be Aware Of : The house is a short walk from Llandundo beach and just on 100 metres from the Llandundo sports club, which include tennis and squash courts.
