This sea-facing beach villa in Simon's Town is conveniently located on a sheltered cove with Boulders Beach and it's boardwalk on your doorstep. The beach, which is part of the Table Mountain National Park, is home to a free-roaming colony of African penguins. One colony has made their home directly in front of the villa and they can be seen sunning, preening and guarding their nests. Boulders Beach has become world-famous for its thriving colony of African penguins and magnificent wind-sheltered beaches. It's the only place in the world where you can get close to African penguins. Simon's Town is part of Cape Town's South Peninsula - one of South Africa's favoured vacation destinations - which is made up of Hout Bay, Chapman's Peak Drive, Noordhoek, Kommetjie, Scarborough, Cape Point, Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay, St James and Muizenberg. Book Boulders Beach Villa for your upcoming vacation and come enjoy the sights and sounds of the indigenous birdlife. Moreover, during whale-watching season (from June to November), you can watch the whales as they complete their annual pilgrimage to the warm Indian Ocean waters of False Bay.

Be Aware Of : Cape Town’s Boulders Beach is ideal for kids as immense granite boulders shelter the cove from currents and large waves – but please always take care. Do not touch or feed the penguins. They might look cute and cuddly but their beaks are as sharp as razors and if they feel threatened they have no qualms about nipping the odd finger or nose. The most popular recreational spot is Boulders Beach, however the penguins can be best viewed from Foxy Beach, where boardwalks take visitors to within a few meters of the birds.
