To the right of the entrance hall is the first living room, which opens up onto a sheltered, wind free patio boasting four luxurious day beds. This leads directly to the two bedroom cottage. A central staircase inside the main house leads up to the second and third level, bedrooms and living areas. On the second floor are a further three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms (two en-suite). The spacious main bedroom on the second floor has a king-sized bed as well as two patios and views of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower. The second bedroom, which has a double bed and built-in cupboards, has its own dedicated bathroom (shower only) located directly opposite the bedroom. The third bedroom with a king-size bed opens up onto a spacious balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a bath only. All four bedrooms have ample cupboard space. On the top floor is an open plan kitchen, scullery, a dining room and a formal lounge with gas fireplace. A gorgeous dining room table with seating for up to 8, overlooks the plunge pool with breathtaking sea and mountain views. The outdoor deck is furnished with a 12-seater patio table. The Cottage: The separate apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are en suite; the main bedroom comes with a king-size bed and second bedroom with two single beds without views. The apartment has its own equipped kitchen, lounge with TV and dining area with seating for 6.

What Doesn’t Require: There’s a gas hob in the cottage, although no lighting other than natural light during the day. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home welcomes all ages. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. NOISE POLICY This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device.
